Plumbing, Gasfitting and Drainlaying is our business - we are not a bank or lending institution so payments will be followed up on. Wal Gordon Plumbing Ltd has a policy to publicise the names of its clients we need to contact to resolve issues.
There are a lot of reasons communications fail such as invoices getting held as spam, changes of email addresses, people moving, the postal service and people just not wanting to pay for the service we have provided.
We make every attempt to contact people to resolve issues and see this as a dual responsibility where the client should contact us if they don’t receive an invoice. What could be more embarrassing in the future that someone doing a name search, and you appear on our list.
